The Process

How Our Auto Auctions Work

Four simple steps from browsing to your driveway — honest, online, and on your schedule.

  1. 1

    Create Your Free Account

Sign up free to save cars, set alerts, and bid. Browsing needs no account at all.

  2. 2

    Browse & Inspect

Graded condition reports, full photos, undercarriage shots, and VIN history on every lot.

  3. 3

    Set Your Max Bid

Name your top price — our proxy bidder keeps you on top and alerts you if you're outbid.

  4. 4

    Win, Pay & Get It

Pay your fee by card, wire the balance, then pick up locally or have it delivered.

Purchasing vehicles at auction

Our Test-Drive Process

We don't offer buyer test drives before the sale, but every vehicle is road-tested by our team to confirm it runs and drives as expected.

You're welcome to visit our lot — with or without your own mechanic — the day before or the day of the sale to inspect any vehicle.

Questions? Contact us

Here's what we do and don't check during our road test.

Our Responsibility
Your Responsibility
  • Engine
  • Transmission
  • Drivetrain
  • Steering
  • Brakes
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Fluid leaks
  • Features & accessories
  • Lights & electronics
Please note: We judge each vehicle against its age and mileage — a 250,000-mile truck isn't held to the same standard as a 40,000-mile one. We check for the normal, expected operation of a vehicle at its age and miles.
